The assistant is a chat panel in the dashboard. Open it with the sparkle button in the top bar. It answers from what you have recorded and can log on your behalf.

What it can do

  • Read records, goals and attachments through the same MCP tools that other clients use, as your account.
  • Summarize and compare days, weeks and trends in your account’s time zone.
  • Log records and change goals. Every change waits in the panel until you approve it; declined changes are never made.
  • Move the dashboard to the day or page it is talking about.
It does not give medical advice or infer a diagnosis, and it says when something is not recorded.

Conversations

Conversations are saved with your account. The history view lists earlier conversations; open one to continue it or delete it. Only one browser can run a step in a conversation at a time.

Turning it on

The assistant appears once the API has a model credential. Set ANTHROPIC_API_KEY for the Claude API, or point AGENT_BASE_URL and AGENT_MODEL at a gateway or Workers AI model with AGENT_API_KEY or AGENT_AUTH_TOKEN. See Configuration for every variable. Without a credential the panel and its button are hidden. Model credentials are treated like every other secret: they are never written to logs or returned in responses.
